You will welcome your guests in a relaxed setting in the Gardens of West. With delicious coffee & tea. In one of the BeachclUPs you kick off the day in plenary session. After which all conference attendees can break out to the various break-out rooms & sheds. Each room is fully equipped for the presentations. And in between, we pamper you and your guests with delicious snacks and drinks. After one of the break-out rounds, it’s time for some fun, active & creative workshops. You will close the day with plenary content. Afterwards, all guests enjoy the surprising food trucks, cozy drinks and delicious BBQ.
Conference package
We have put together a carefully selected package to get you started. This package can be expanded with our so-called UPgrades. This way you can give your own twist to your conference event in Amsterdam. You can emphasize what you find important. Think of festival food, special music or awesome workshops.
