Looking for a fun way to get through the winter? A good meeting location, a festive spot or a place to participate in an activity? UP Events has exactly what you’re looking for! Winter Lodge 1 and Winter Lodge 2 are water-proof, decorated festively and directly get you into the perfect mood.
Keep a meeting at the lodge, before going to the UP Christmas market, to put together your own Christmas package. Or use the lodge to end the year together with your colleagues with a Winter Wonderland party.
Capacity of Winter Lodge 2
In Winter Lodge 2 there are several setup options. The capacity is different for each set-up.
Indoor: 200 m² (8 x 25)
Plenary: 300 people
Party: 350 people
Outside private terrace 300 m²

Price Winter Lodge 2
This meeting room is perfect to use for meetings, team building sessions, presentations or as part of a company outing or festive day. For example, it is possible to hold a plenary session in one of our facilities, which you can conclude with a tasty lunch. After the lunch you can combine your meeting or session with fun team building activities which we host on our own location. When everyone is in the mood and running empty on fuel, grab a drink and enjoy one of our amazing BBQ options. End the evening with drinks or a party!
Meetings and events in Winter Lodge 2
Winter Lodge 2 is located next to our Survivor game area. Here you can host parties, enjoy BBQ and drinks or play the Winter games for instance. The tent itself is completely water- and windproof, so you can hold your own event even on the coldest of days. The tent can be fully furnished to your taste, including standing tables, lounge sofas and bean bags.
This location is ideal for (more) active company outings, staff parties or just with your friends or with your football team. The tent can be rented entirety and this can of course be combined with one of our activities or with a delicious BBQ or an extensive drink.
