Looking for a meeting space that inspires your team and offers peace of mind? At UP Events, we offer unique meeting venues in Amsterdam West and Weesp. Whether you choose the green surroundings of Weesp or the tranquil setting of Amsterdam West, you’ll find the ideal space to collaborate effectively.

A package consists of two parts:

1. Meeting Room
When booking a meeting, you choose a room that fits the number of participants and the format of your day. You can select either a half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) option. Room costs range from €150 up to a maximum of €1,000.

2. Food & Beverages

In addition to the room, you select a package for food and drinks. This includes unlimited coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks. You can also add a delicious lunch, drinks, or BBQ.

Want to make the day complete? Upgrade your package with our wide range of team-building activities or a relaxing closing session.

Meeting location Amsterdam and Weesp

At UP Events you park for free just a few minutes walk from the venues. And so you have no parking costs. You can also choose to come by public transport. Both Amsterdam West and Weesp are within a 10 minute walk from the bus stop.
