Locations & meeting rooms at 1.5 meters
The UP Events event site is 35,000 square meters. This means there is plenty of space for corona proof events at a 1.5 meter disctance. We enjoy being flexible and can place a stretch tent for shade or rain for example. Bad weather does not really exist, because you can prepare well for everything.
In addition, at UP Events you can choose from 10 different indoor locations. The most booked spaces are Hangar 4, Hangar 5, Hangar 6, Hangar 7 and Beach clubs 1 & 2. For each of these locations, the maximum capacity per room has already been determined and photographed by us, so you can orientate yourself well via our website. So don’t forget that we can expand any space with canopies; so please call us to discuss.
Hybrid corona proof events
Hybrid events, virtual events, partly online, digital live streams of events; however you would like to call or organize it. It is possible at UP Events. You invite part of your guests to our location, and the rest participates online. We provide a qualitative way to share your content with interaction and connection. We provide the live stream from our location. And we unburden you in the organization of the breakout sessions and recordings. We like to think along with you outside the box & corona proof so we create a strong event.
The confrestival
A conference + festival. Especially now an excellent option; because you can be outside with your guests as much as possible. Your conference will take place in smaller groups, where guests will be divided between the various indoor and outdoor locations. If desired, we can cover these outdoor areas for shade or rain. And everyone is 1.5 meters apart.

Activities & team building
Outdoor sports is allowed again. To ensure that you quickly find what suits your event, you will find a handy overview of corona proof activities on our website. For example, you can play bubble football, laser tag, achery tag, jeu de boules, beach volleyball, survivor and archery with your group. And do your creative workshops such as painting, clay head sculpture your colleague, But also music workshops such as boom whackers, percussion, djembe and silent disco belong to this list. All these activities have been adapted to the RIVM guidelines, all material is thoroughly disinfected before each use.
UP west Amsterdam
UP west arose during this corona time; a new hangout in Amsterdam for the consumer market. Thanks to the size of our area, it is very suitable to offer space to which there is always too little of it in Amsterdam: a terrace in the sun. And sun all day. The kitchen is designed for (vegan) burgers, second life sandwiches (yes!), drinks and snacks. And because UP Events is a flexible partner for event managers that can work fast: within 2 weeks the concept was ready, including menu, recipes, ordering process, layout and communication. Schools, sports clubs, children’s parties & summer camps
UP Events is primarily a business event location and agency. However, given the diverse possibilities of the location, children’s parties and kids summer camps are often organized here (during the May and Summer holidays). This is a solution for many working parents, because you will also be completely unburdened in this. Children up to and including the age of 12 do not have to keep a distance of 1.5 meters from each other. And now almost all schools and a number of sports clubs are also able to find UP Events for their own corona proof events.
Wedding venue
