UP Events is looking for you!
You will become the voice and face of UP Events for many of our customers.
What will you do as Sales & Event Manager?
In this multifaceted role, you will combine commercial insight with organizational talent. You will translate requests into concrete, creative proposals and ensure that customers are wildly enthusiastic about what we have to offer.
You get energy from advising, convincing and working with clients.
Within the commercial team you are the first point of contact for incoming requests – by email, telephone or via our website.
- You translate customer questions into concrete proposals.
- You advise on the right interpretation: from package deals to space and location.
- You arrange customer contact from A to Z: draw up quotations, arrange payments, after-sales and ensure loyal customers!
- You optimize and improve our sales & event management processes.
- You implement and execute our sales strategy.
- You liaise with our event producers for a seamless transfer.
- You will win over clients with enthusiasm, advice and a no-nonsense approach.
You?
- You have work experience in a similar role (preferably in the corporate events sector).
- You are eager to learn and have a can-do mentality.
- You are personable, energetic and commercially strong.
- Thinks along with others, gives advice and knows how to convince people.
- Takes care of everything and creates events that exceed expectations.
- Is stress resistant and keeps an overview, even when dealing with 10 requests at the same time.
- Is spontaneous, open and likes to joke… life is a party!
- Be a team player, creative and proactive; you take responsibility!
