Beach outing Amsterdam

UP Events has its own ‘beach’, a lovely sandy place on our own event location in Amsterdam-West. In these lovely green Gardens of West, near Sportpark de Eendracht, you can imagine yourself completely in the beach atmosphere. Come and play beach volleyball or play Survivor yourself. End the day with a delicious BBQ between the palm trees. Ideal for company outings, staff parties, team building outings or with your team of friends.

Beach activities such as the Robinson Crusoe outing are always well received during company outings, staff outings, team outings, bachelorette party and family outings. But not only traditional beach activities can be found at UP Events. We are happy to tailor a complete beach day with multiple beach activities, workshops, a drink, lunch and / or BBQ for you.

Beach locations North Holland

Would you like to combine your activity or workshop with a drink, lunch or BBQ? UP Events works at various locations along the North and South Holland coast. With us you will find the best beach activities. If you have a location yourself and you only want to book an activity or workshop, this is of course no problem.

Castricum aan Zee
Castricum aan Zee is located in the middle of the North Holland Dune Reserve to the west of Bakum and Castricum. It is mainly known for its peace, space and beautiful nature. There is no boulevard like in Zandvoort and Scheveningen.

Wijk aan Zee
Wijk aan Zee is located in the North Holland Dune Reserve in the Midden-Kennemerland region and is part of the municipality of Beverwijk. It has a lovely beach where various beach activities can be practiced.

Zandvoort
Zandvoort lives on tourism and is best known for the Formula 1 circuit. It is perfectly accessible by rail and you can walk to the beach within a few minutes. It has more than 30 beach pavilions that are open from March to October. There are more and more pavilions that are open all year round, so if you want to do something fun in the winter months, you can go here.

Bergen aan Zee
Bergen aan Zee is a coastal village in the municipality of Bergen. It is one of the most beautiful villages in North Holland and has a mystical appearance, which is perhaps also the reason that so many artists live there. The beach of Bergen aan Zee has a length of three kilometers. The beautiful beaches and the North Holland dune reserve guarantee a wonderful outing.

Bloemendaal aan Zee
Bloemendaal aan Zee is located between the beaches of Zandvoort and IJmuiden, with the Zuid-Kennemerland National Park as its hinterland. It has a beach with a length of 4.3 km. With 7 trendy beach pavilions and great popularity among young people in particular, Bloemendaal aan Zee can call itself the hippest seaside resort in the Netherlands.

IJmuiden aan Zee
IJmuiden aan Zee has one of the most beautiful and certainly the most spacious beaches in the Netherlands. All activities are possible here, including blokarting and RIB sailing. There are four pavilions that are open all year round so you don’t have to wait until the summer months to do something exciting. IJmuiden beach can be reached directly from Amsterdam by bus.

Noordwijk aan Zee
Noordwijk aan Zee is also called the flower seaside resort of the Netherlands due to its location in the bulb region. With a coastline of 13 kilometers, it is one of the longest coastlines in the Netherlands. It has more than 1,000,000 overnight stays per year.

Hoek van Holland
Hoek van Holland is the coastal location closest to Rotterdam. It has a beautiful wide beach with a length of 3.5 kilometers. The view of the ships passing by to the port of Rotterdam is phenomenal.

Kijkduin
Kijkduin is the second seaside resort a stone’s throw from The Hague center. The growth that Scheveningen has undergone in the last century did not take place in Kijkduin. This makes Kijkduin very popular with people who want more peace and space on the beach. Parking is free and the dunes are very suitable for a scooter or GPS trip.

Scheveningen
Scheveningen is the most popular seaside resort in the Netherlands. The wide beach is ideal for beach activities and workshops. The renewed boulevard is ready and that is good because summer is coming again.
