UP Events offers the perfect location for your next conference - in the form of a festival! Congrestival Amsterdam is a business event with the vibe of a festival. Our unique festival grounds provide the right atmosphere for an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

Our location in the Tuinen van West is fully equipped, and we organize events for over 80,000 guests each year. We create the right ambiance with good music, fun activities, delicious food and drinks, and a festival grounds that will inspire you.

During the congrestival, you will welcome your guests in a relaxed setting with delightful coffee and tea. You will start the plenary session in one of the BeachclUPs and then break out into various breakout rooms and sheds, each fully equipped for presentations. In between, you and your guests will be treated to delicious snacks and drinks. After the breakout sessions, there will be enjoyable, active, and creative workshops. You will conclude the day with a plenary session and, optionally, you can still enjoy surprising food trucks, a DJ, and a delightful BBQ.

The price for our basic package is very attractive: €99.95 per person, excluding VAT, for a duration of 6 hours and for groups of 100 to 5000 people. For smaller groups, we are happy to create a customized program for you.

Capacity and Opportunities for the Congrestival at UP Events

When organising a congrestival at UP Events, we offer a unique combination of spaces perfectly tailored for both business and leisure activities. Here’s an overview of our facilities and their capacities:

Lodges: Our four lodges, each spanning 70 m2 (7×10), are ideal for plenary sessions and workshops, accommodating up to 45 people per warehouse. For larger plenary sessions, there’s Lodge 7, covering 275 m2 (10.5×25) and holding up to 200 attendees.

BeachclUPs: BeachclUP 1 and 2 provide a relaxed atmosphere for larger groups. With capacities ranging from 250 to 450 attendees for plenary sessions, they’re perfect for keynote presentations or closing parties.

Tents: The Round Tent and Stretch Tent offer flexible spaces for break-out sessions or informal gatherings, accommodating between 40 to 100 attendees.

During the congrestival, guests can also engage in activities such as Beach Volleyball and Bubble Football, ensuring a perfect balance between work and relaxation.

Expansion opportunities: With the addition of our stretch tents, we can significantly increase the capacity of our venue, reaching a total capacity of up to 5,000 attendees. This makes UP Events the ideal location for congrestivals of any size.

International meeting.We booked an ice-breaker activity in a private restaurant nearby our hotel. Everything went well and was smoothly arranged.The only slight downside: we are asked many times how the UP Events truck can be parked. But we're not from Amsterdam and I think it's easier and safer for them to handle this themselves.

Held a work team event with UP Events and it was the best experience we could ask for! UP Events arranged every little detail, we just had to show up and enjoy.
