As you are used to from us, we love to unburden our customers and visitors. So we have created this great an flexible concept for meeting online. In collaboration with our AV partners, there are various total packages that ensure that planned meetings can take place. This includes online company outings, virtual meetings, conferences and a combination of these.

Create a digital event

A digital, interactive event can be organized from the location of UP Events. We provide a qualitative way to share content, and a space that is created for interaction and connection. From our fully furnished studio we provide a live stream that can be viewed online via a platform. Guests can be involved in polls, Q&As, and statements to respond to.

Depending on the wishes and needs of the customer, a lot is possible. Such as online breakout sessions, various speakers, network and meeting options, a recording of the meeting, online team building game, or even a lunch or drinks box at the participants’ home and act for drinks.

Live stream studio for a digital event

The construction of a live stream studio starts at € 3500,- and contains the following:

During your digital event, a snack and drink must of course also be provided. This way you start the day well, and we ensure that you get through the day full of energy.

We offer various boxes that we can deliver at home to your event guests. With unique products that have a great shelf life or a custom-made box with fresh rolls, salads and juices.

Digital events and hybrid events

A hybrid event is a combination of a physical and digital event. You can think of a live stream from our location, with interaction, as mentioned earlier. You can also choose to physically bring part of the participants together and add a part virtually. For example, not all participants have to travel to the event location, but they can still be present. Thus, an event can be cost effective and more efficient. This can increase the turnout, which means that the number of visitors and thus the impact and effect of the event is greater. In addition, the recorded content and content of the event is reusable.

A hybrid event can offer solutions in times of social distancing. Because it is more difficult to bring larger groups together, you can choose to have an event take place online and offline, or to divide it over several days.

What does a digital event look like

The annual employee meeting of 500 people is in doubt due to the 1.5 meter economy. Where previous editions brought all participants together at an event location, other solutions must now be considered. Postponing is not an option, even now it is important to let employees come together to activate them in a memorable way, to inform them, to enthuse them, to connect, to team building and to keep the relational ties strong.

Together with UP, a plan is being made to allow your meeting to continue.

A livestream for your digital event will be set up in the beach club at the spacious event location in Amsterdam. A large part of the invitees are brought together live there. Naturally, all guests are well informed about how to deal with a pre-sent invitation; Parking, registration, how sufficient space has been taken into account, routing, catering and hygiene.

The other invitees trickle in via our online platform. The “stay-at-home” customers have just received a delicious and healthy snack and lunch box, so their virtual event comes through well.

Speakers are provided with a microphone behind the scenes to host their plenary sessions. They take place on the couch in the livestream studio, questions come in via chat and polls / votes are held. Our Event Manager keeps an eye on the time and planning and ensures that time is allocated for a coffee break, toilet visit and lunch.
