Here we organize events, activities, company parties and team outings for up to 80,000 guests throughout the year. You receive your guests in a relaxed setting in the Gardens of West with delicious coffee & tea. In one of the beachclUPs you will kick off the day in a plenary session, after which all conference visitors can split up into the various break-out areas & hangars. Each room is fully equipped and ready for presentations. And in between we spoil you and your guests with delicious snacks and drinks. After one of the break-out rounds, it is time for a number of fun, active & creative workshops. You will end the day on a plenary basis, after which all guests will enjoy the surprising food trucks, cozy drinks and a delicious BBQ.
